Berean Assembly of God is located in the city of Pleasant Hill, Iowa, which adjoins the east side of Des Moines, Iowa's capital city. It is an easy drive from anywhere in central Iowa, on East University Avenue, also known as Iowa Highway 163.

The church building is approximately 2 miles east of the Iowa State Fairgrounds, and less than .5 mile west of US Highway 65, at 5299 East University, Pleasant Hill, Iowa 50327.
